It was such a joy to be part of Shonteka and Larry’s special day, a celebration filled with so much love and happiness! This beautiful couple, who met through a mutual friend back in 2011, finally tied the knot after 13 years together and raising six amazing kids. Their love story has always been about having each other's backs, and their wedding day was the perfect reflection of that bond.

The celebration started with an intimate ceremony at Harborside Chapel, where emotions were running high as Shonteka and Larry exchanged heartfelt vows. One of the highlights for me was capturing those candid moments when they promised forever to each other. Shonteka had said she was most looking forward to this moment, and it truly did not disappoint.

Following the ceremony, we headed to The CHIC Venue, a space that perfectly matched their vision of a "fancy but not over the top" wedding. The venue's elegant decor was just right for this couple, whose style reflected their love of family and fun. Their wedding was a perfect blend of elegance and warmth. With family being at the heart of everything they do, this celebration felt like the culmination of their beautiful journey together.

The evening was filled with laughter and heartfelt toasts, as their closest family and friends celebrated not just their love but their enduring commitment. After all these years, Shonteka and Larry’s connection remains unshakable, and their love for each other is evident in every glance, every smile. This wedding, the “icing on the cake,” as Shonteka called it, was a tribute to their journey—a journey built on balancing each other out and always putting their family first.
